Violent Delights Returns Policy


In accordance with the Sale Of Goods act and distance selling regulations, you are entitled to cancel your contract with us if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. Please note that our returns policy comprises an essential part of the terms and conditions of which acceptance is mandatory when placing an order.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct item and size are purchased. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Violent Delights, simply contact us using the contact form on this website to arrange a return or exchange as soon you receive your order. Do not reply to order or despatch confirmation messages, as they are system generated - you will not receive a response. We will happily exchange your item for a more suitable size or design, or issue a refund if necessary. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Please do not return items to us without prior notification or a valid returns authorisation. Please note that purchases of gift vouchers/certificates are exempt from our returns policy, are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the item, and all garments must be returned in their original unworn condition with all tags intact. Violent Delights reserves the right to refuse a returned item if this criteria is not met, or the item is deemed unfit for return. Any such garments will be returned to the buyer at their own cost. Items must be returned to us using a recorded delivery service with the appropriate level of insurance. Violent Delights does not under any circumstances accept responsibility for returned goods until they are received back. Returning goods is the responsibility of the customer and Violent Delights accepts no liability for undelivered packages or goods damaged in transit. Refunds consist of the purchase price of the item, and do not include additonal postage costs. Returned items from outside of the EU must be marked with the relevant customs information as instructed in your returns authorisation, as Violent Delights cannot accept responsibilty for any costs incurred at customs - the customer will be held liable for these charges and the total will be deducted from any refunds or charged back to the buyer. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you will be asked to contribute the postage costs and/or any difference in price of your replacement item prior to its dispatch.



All items are carefully quality checked prior to despatch. This includes checks of all fastenings, detailing and printing of each individual item. In the rare event of an item being received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. All faulty items will be subject to inspection and assessed for their eligibility before being accepted. Items deemed faulty can exchanged for an identical item where possible. Please be aware that if an identical replacement item is declined or refused, our standard conditions of return will apply. Please note that worn, washed or mishandled goods cannot be considered defective and that this policy applies only to items which have been received with an inherent fault. All goods, including their fastenings are checked and tested prior to dispatch to ensure that they are supplied 'fit for their purpose' as per the Sale Of Goods Act, we regret that we are unable to accept returned items which have been damaged by the customer, either by misuse or by 'wear and tear', within any timescale. Any such items sent back to Violent Delights will be refused and returned to the buyer at their own cost.
